CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE BY IRENE AND PABLO

         

      INGREDIENTS

 

For the Chocolate Cake

175g  butter. 

175g  plain flour

175g  caster sugar

40g ground almonds

40g  cocoa powder

3 eggs

2 teaspoon baking powder

 

FOR THE FUDGE

250g butter

250g plain chocolate

60g dark brown sugar

4 tablespoons milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

Milk 



First, melt the butter in a pan.

Next, add the chocolate and stir.

Later, add the sugar, milk and vanilla essence and stir.

Next, pour the sauce in a bowl and then place in  the fridge.

Later, beat the butter and sugar.

After that, beat the eggs one at a time.

Next, sift in the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.

Later, mix the almonds and add milk.

After thad split the butter.

Later, bake in the over 180ºC for 35 minutes.

Next, allow to cool 5 minutes.

Later, place one of the cakes on a plate.

Next, place the second cake in the first cake. Now cover the cake with the remaining fudge.
