CHRISTMAS BISCUITS BY SILVIA

Ingredients
280 g butter
150 g sugar
250 g flour
160 g ground almonds
125 g ground hazelnuts
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2/3 raspberry jam

METHOD

First, beat the butter, sugar, flour, ground nuts and cinnamon.

Then, roll the dough into a ball.Cover with cellophane. Put in the fridge for one hour.

After, roll out dough. Cut into tree shapes. With a straw make 5 holes in the biscuits.

Next, put on baking tray. Bake 350 for 10 minutes.

Finally, make jam sandwiches with the biscuits.
