CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES BY AINTZANE AND NICOLE
INGREDIENT:
340g plain flour
250g butter, melted
150g brown sugar
150g white sugar
300g semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 eggs
2 tbsp milk
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp baking soola
1/2 tsp salt.
METHOD:
First, mix the butter and sugar in a large bowl.
After, add in the milk, eggs and vanilla essence and mix.
Later, sift in the flour, add in the salt and baking soda and mix to a thick dough.
Next, stir in the chocolate chips then place the dough in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Then, place dollops of dough onto a cold baking tray. Make sure the dollops are well spaced tol allow into spread.
Later, bake in the over at 190º for around 8-10 minutes.
Next, remove from the over and allow to cool for around 5 minutes until the biscuits have hardened a bit, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
Finally, clean your baking tray and cook the next batch.
