Introduction

Riot games is a company. They create different games. For example: ``League of legends. ``Riot games``...

 It is from the United States, California. It was founded in 2006.

History

The first founders of Riot Games were Brandon Beck and Marc Merill obviously in 2006. In 2008 they advertised their first game "League of Legends" but it was launched in 2009. Riot games started with 7 millions thanks to  Benchmark firm. In 2015 it was valued by 1.6 Billions. It had 1,000 workers in 2013. 

Games

Riot games has 2 games and 4 mini games. "League of Legends" was launched in October and its type is (MOBA) multiplayer online battle arena. This game is for Windows or Mac.

Mechs vs Minions was created in 2016, in October. It is a strategy and cooperative game. It's a aboard game.

Mini games

"Astro teemo" was launched in 2013, in March. It is an Arcade game and this game is for Windows or Mac.

Enzo Ferrari by Pablo

Enzo Ferrari was born on 18th February, 1898 and died on 14th August, 1988. He was Italian.

He was the founder of Ferrari. He was an Italian motor racing driver and entrepreneur. He was the founder of Ferrari Grand Prix motor racing team.

He went to school of engineering. His father was Alfredo Ferrari and his brother was Dino Ferrari. He was a businessman. 

In 1917 he was recruited by the army and when he turned 20 he finished his service in the army. A year later he got a job in a factory of cars.

Currently Ferrari is a very famous car brand in the world

Philo Taylor Farnswort by Gonzalo

His name is Philo Farnswort and he is one of the inventors of television. He was American. He was born on August 19 ,1906. He died on March 11, 1971 (aged 64). 

He made many contributions that were very important to the early television. 

He married Elma Gardner, but he didn´t have any children. 

John Logie Baird, a Scottish man, invented Television in the 1920s. Philo T. Farnsworth helped by making some contributions.

The Play Station by Asier

Ken Kutaragi is the inventor of the PlayStation. He was born in Japan on 2 August. Eventually, in fact, his love of electronics led him to enrolling  in the university of telecommunications, where he got an electronics degree. But the original PlayStation 4 is created by Dual Shock (Dual Shock is not a person, but a company).

The PlayStation can be black or white. It is rectangular and it has a remote control to play. There are lots of games you can buy at online or offline shops. My favorite game is "Overwatch". You can talk with your friends with special headphones.

CHARLES MACINTOSH

Charles Macintosh was born on the 29th of December 1766 in Glasgow, Scotland. He died on 25th July 1843 in Glasgow, Scotland. He was an engineer and chemist. He married Mary Fisher and had a son named George Macintosh.

When he was a teenager he was a clerk. Later he started studying chemistry and engineering.

He invented the waterproof raincoat by mixing cloth and rubber. It rains a lot in Scotland, so it was very useful.

Nowadays raincoats are used all over the world.

BRIAN ACTON AND JAN KOUM:

Their names are Brian Acton and Jan Koum. Brian Acton was born on 17th of February 1972, in Michigan, USA. Jan Koum was born on 24th of February 1976, in Kiev, Ukraine.

Brian Acton developed Whatsapp with Jan Koum. 

Brian Acton graduated in lake Howell High School.

Jan Koum  grduated in the public university of San Jose, USA.

They are important because they created whatsapp. Whatsapp is a word game: What's up? + app= whatsapp.
It is used as social media, to send messages, photos, videos...

NIKOLA TESLA by Bixen

NIKOLA TESLA

Nikola Tesla was born on the 10th July 1856 in Smilijan, Croatia. He died on the 7th January 1943.

He was American. His father was Milutín Tesla, and his mother, Duka Mandici. He was the youngest of the  five brothers.

In 1882 he went to París, to work to be an engineer. In that year,  the magnetic rotary field was invented. In June 1884 he went to the United States, to New York, and he worked in Edison's company.

Tesla was important because he invented ultraviolet beans, the remote control. He isn´t in the best world scientists' book because, when he died, Edison stole all his work.

Steve Chen was born on August 18, 1978 in Taipei, Taiwan. He´s American .
Jawed Karim was born on January 1st, 1979 in Merseburg, east of Germany. He is American too.
Chad Hurley was born on January 24th, 1977 in Reading, Pennsilvania, U.S.A.

Jawed Karim, Chad Hurley and Steve Chen are computer scientists.

These people are important because they invented Youtube in 2005.
