8 red apples
8 sticks
450 grammes sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
8 tablespoons water
Greaseproof paper
Preparation:
First: heat the lemon, sugar and water gently in a saucepan. Stir until dissolved.
Then: put the dissolved sugar to boil for eight minutes.
After that: put the apples into the toffee and then put them on the waxed paper until they harden.
The toffee apples are ready, enjoy!!
