The ingredients are:250g pastry, 125ml milk, 150ml cream, 120g brown sugar,1 teaspon cinnamon 3 eggs and 500g pumpkin.
METHOD
1st step: Cut the inside of the pumpkin into little cubes.
2nd step: Put the cubes and some water in a saucepan.Cook and wait for the liquid to evaporate.Turn off and leave it for 15 minutes.
3rd step: Beat the eggs.Mix with the pumpkin,brown sugar,cinnamon,milk and cream.
4th step:Put the pastry in a pie dish.Pour in the pumpkin mixture.Cook for 40 minutes at thermostat 6 (200·C.
