- 100 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 180 g flour
- 3 pears
- 500 g raspberries
METHOD
First, butter an oven-pool dish. Putin half the raspberries.
Next, peel and slice the pears.
Later, place the pears and the raspberries. Cover with the rest of the raspberries.
After, heat the oven to 200ºC. In a blow, mix the sugar, butter and floud with your fingers until they are like breadcrumbs.
Finally, cover the fruit with the flour mixture. Cook for 30 minutes.
