COULANT BY OLATZ AND NORA

                           
Ingredients:
150 grammes chocolate
50 grammes butter
3 eggs
1 teaspoon flour
80 grammes sugar

Butter and flour to tin


                                   Let's go to cooking

First, preheat the oven. Melt the chocolate with butter. In water bath in the microwave.
Next, beat the eggs with the sugar until the volume is three times bigger and put the sifted flour.
Later, put the melted chocolate and mix. Spread in the tin a bit of butter and put flour in the tin.
After that, pour the mixture in the tin and fill one quarter in each tin and then put the coulant  in the oven at 200º C for 10-12 minute.
And finally decorate the coulant as you like.
