INGREDIENTS
300 flour
500 milliliters milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
butter
3 eggs
maple syrup
METHOD
1 Mix the flour, salt, eggs and milk. Heat some butter in a frying pan.
2 Put some of the mixture into the frying pan with a small ladle.
3 Turn the pancake when you see small bubbles.
4 Serve with butter and maple syrup.
