GUACAMOLE by fabricio

ingredient:
1 big avocado
1 small tomato chopped in small pices
1teospoon of olive oil
salt and papper
1/2 a lemon
corn crisps
1 cut the avocado in two remove the stone and the flesh with a teaspoon
2 in a bowl mash the flesh with a fork add salt and papper
3 add the tomato and the olive oil mix well
4add some juice from the lemon
5put it in the refrigerator serve it with corn crisps
