Critsmas biscuit by Cristina




INGREDIENTS

280 g Butter..
150 Sugar.
250 Flour.
160 g  ground almonds
125g ground hazelnuts.
1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon.
2/3 raspberry jam

             METHOD

First, beat the butter,sugar,
flour,ground nuts and
cinnamon.

Next, roll the dough into a ball.
Cover with cellophane.Put
in the fridge for one hour.

Later, roll the dough.Cut
into tree shapes.With a a straw
make 5 holes in the biscuit.

After that, put on a baking tray at 350 degrees
for 10 minutes.

Finally, make jam sandwiches
with the biscuits.
