Recipe by Asier Lapazaran

145g plain four.
 2 teaspoons baking powder a pinch of salt.
1 egg.
4 tablespoons vegetable oil.
300ml pint milk maple syrup.

First, put the flour an salt into the maxing bowl.

Then, break the eggs in a other bowl. Pot two tablespoons of oil and milk.

After, beast the egg mixture into the flour a little at time until everything is mixed and makes a smooth batter.

Next, pour two tablespoons of oil into the frying pan.

Later, pour two tablespoons of better into the frying pan to make one pancakes.

After that, cook the pancakes for about a minute.

Finally, cook the pancakes for another minute.
