Flap Jacks by Iñaki imaz

225 grammes butter,
85 grammes sugar,
2 tablespoons honey,
340 grammes porridge oats ,
pinch of salt and
775 grammes raisins.

First put the butter sugar and honey in a saucepan.Then turn off the heat.

Then add the porridge oats the salt and raisins.Mix well.

next,put the mixture into a greased oven dish.Flatten with a spoon.Bake at 180 grades for 20 or 30 minutes.

Finally,cut the flack jacks into rectangles.Eat after 30 minutes.
